The staff from my Duck Tourā€”-Nor, Garibaldi, Peggy, and countless othersā€”created a wonderful, relaxing tour that was an absolute pleasure to experience. Full of excitement and knowledge, the staff of Duck Tours knew how to ensure that everyone in the tour, from all ages and backgrounds, had a great time. Nor, for example, was fantastic at calming anxious passengers, keeping the waiting zone stress-free, and providing exciting history of the city of Boston to guests as they waiting for their adventure ti start. Next, while on the tour, Garibaldiā€™s sense of humor and ability to weave countless threads of history, myth, and humor seamlessly together brought sincere joy, laughter, and knowledge throughout the ride. Additionally, Peggyā€™s driving abilities were legendary: Iā€™ve never seen such a large vehicle navigate so many complex traffic situations effortlessly. (Let alone on both land and water!) You could easily tell Peggy has grace under pressure and can remain calm and collected at all times from how she handles operating her vessel: One special highlight from the trip was when Garibaldi and Peggy allowed children to safely drive the vessel (with their oversight) as Garibaldi used the parentā€™s phones to record the moment while making the children laugh and answer random questions, despite being distracted while driving the boat. I observed how moments like this made countless parents on the tour grin from ear-to-ear as they see the joy in their childrenā€™s faced and knowing this moment will be captured forever. On a final note: There was a wonderful lady at the check-in desk, who I believe said she had been there for approximately four (4) years, who happily answered every question I had as a new customer. I apologize for not learning her name, but she was also a highlight of the trip after sharing so much about her experiences openly whenever I asked. Thank you all for creating such wonderful experiences for us tourists in Boston. I hope to retake the tour one day, and I will happily recommend this experience to anyone who asks, even solo travelers. Attached are pictures I took during the tour. PS: Bring a nice camera for the tour. Also, remember to quack back!
