Very informative and very easy to get on and off. Loved the ability to roam when we wanted and get back on when wanted. Loved the history and tid bits you wouldn't get get else where.

Purchased tour tickets for 7/10 online through Viator. Followed the directions and went to the stand to get the physical tickets but no one was there. No trolley ever came to pick us up. Called their office and left a message a week ago asking when the trolley was coming and how we get the tickets but still haven't received a return phone call. I requested a refund through Viator and received a refund for the ticket cost. We are still out $40 for parking and are disappointed that we were not able to go on the tour we scheduled, wasted so much time waiting for the trolley, and to not have received a call back from the company. Poor customer service.
