What a scam! I wish I could give it a zero. We arrived at the check in location and NOBODY WAS THERE! We were told by a neighboring business that this business was closed except on weekends. There were 6 of us, I had prepaid! I am so upset. I better get my money back.

Bus drivers were quite knowledgeable and entertaining in their tour script but that didn't make up for the half hour wait at some points along the route to catch the next trolley/bus. Those wait times at each stop add up over the course of an afternoon so my wife and I had to skip out on a few stops.

I driver was funny and informative, The tour was just a little shorter than i expected. I have done one of the other trolley tours in Boston and the Duck boats and remembered them both to be longer! However it was enjoyable and it was handicap accessible which is what we needed! Nice way to stay warm seeing Boston!
