I had a few questions prior to the tour to which Mike responded to by email and was most helpful. This was a good start. We decided not to buy in advance although a little cheaper if you do and we just bought our tickets from a friendly helpful man at the kiosk at Boston Marriott Long wharf area. The buses were departing every 20 minutes which was great. The tour lasted 60 minutes and we learnt and saw so much of the city in this time whilst keeping warm and comfy on the trolley. The seats were so comfy. As it was a cold day it was a good way to enjoy Boston whilst staying warm. Our tour guide did a great job of driving and giving us all the history and facts about Boston. This cannot be easy but he did it well. All in all this was great hop on hop off tour and I would recommend CityView Trolley tours to colleagues, family and friends.

We were looking for a way to see some of the city without freezing. This was perfect! Our driver Tim (or Barron as he called himself) was a riot. I realize his humor May not be everyone’s cup of tea but he was a blast. The trip was informative and we all learned a lot. A full trip took about 50 minutes. Just the right amount of time.

The drivers were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The trolleys we easy to locate and were punctual. The drop-off points make it easy to vist a number of sites in a short period of time.
