A good way to get a feel for the city, especially if you've never been here before. Offering several stops around the downtown are, the drivers are very knowledgeable and explain everything along the way. I only had a problem with one of them who kept admonishing tourists who dared talk (he should go back to teaching 8 year olds) while he was doing his thing. The good thing about it is we just got off and jumped the next one. I would still recommend the CityView Trolley Tours

Tour guide was informative. Driving was a bit crazy but that seems the norm in Boston. Disliked the fact that drivers were practically begging for tips. I get the fact you are performing a service and should be tipped but you shouldn't mention it right from the get go. The sign and collection tray are enough. Also the map could be a a little clearer as to the landmarks and whats around them. Overall a nice tour.

Rainy, cold day in Boston was absolutely saved by this tour. Drivers were amazing and so informative. Had a blast and would totally recommend it!
