Well to start off with, I hate giving negative reviews but this is one that Has to be written.The wife and I were on a business trip in Boston and wanted to do the hop on hop off trolley with our employees we purchased the tickets, to find out the day of our excursion they canceled all Trolleys. Now I won hundred percent understand that the weather was horrible. But that is not where the problem lies the problem lies is we have called every day for over a week to get a refund we have yet to receive an email or a phone call back. So now we have to call our credit card company and fight that way, which we will get our money back but you think an honest company would just automatically give you a refund.And yes since most people there are traveling and are tourist they only have one day to do certain things and this was the one day that we had to do this.

Our first full day in Boston started with a City View hop on hop off tour. This is a great way to get your bearings in a new city. The trolley drivers were very informative on local history and things to do plus handed lots of tips to find your way around town later on. We took the half price add on harbour cruise as well. It was definitely worth it. Lots of history and a different perspective of Boston from the water plus it is nice to cruise around the harbour for 90 minutes.

They never showed up at the pick up site. We called the company and only got a voice mail. They never called us back (writing this 4 days later). We had to pay for a tour with another company. Is this company still in business.
