Took the trolley tour recently. Before we went I thought the stops were further apart and the loop was bigger. Most of it could have been walked quite easily. Some of the drivers were entertaining as well as being informative. There frequent requests, not even subtle, for tips was a bit off-putting, For the price the company charges they should be able to pay their drivers appropriately instead of begging off their customers.

The trolly drivers were entertaining and knowledgable but getting on and off bus difficult for short person with bad knees. Very frustrating trying to read the trolley maps and no signage where to catch the trolley. Walked around in circles for a half hour trying to figure it out.

Our tour guide was outstanding! She was not only very knowledgeable but Cindy was really funny !We did the City View Trolley Tour on our recent visit to Boston. This is an excellent your with nine stops you can get off and back on every 15 minutes.The tour hits all popular tourist spots in the city. I highly recommend this tour especially for the price.
