It gave us a good overview of the City of Boston and helped us to decide which places we wanted to visit.

We took the trolley yesterday. Great experience with Matty in the morning. He was very knowledgeable and interactive. We took the full tour with him before we head to our favorite stop. Around 4:30 pm, we took bus #116. The driver was very rude and made racist comments on people who were celebrating in the park with big bubbles balls. He also seems very unknowledgeable and wasting time by making fun of people walking by.

Great tour - but greater still was witnessing a display of humanity at its finest when Joey gave a toddler on our bus a few simple gifts of toys from his duffle that he obviously has stocked with treats for moments like we experienced. To see her face light up was priceless and Joey’s kindness was so refreshing and genuine. Great to see someone who truly loved his job and loved making others happy. Kudos, Boston for your people and their hospitality and many blessings to you, Joey!
