This is a great option for a trolley tour of Boston. We used it as a hop-on-off. We walked around and then jumped back on for more sightseeing. The route is not extremely long but covers quite a bit of the major sights which was perfect for us. I think there were about 10 stops. The drivers are a lot of fun and each one puts their own spin on things. Make sure you take a few dollars for tipping.These drivers deserve it. Apparently you can add on a boat tour but we did not have time for that.

Economical way to view the city. Tour guide, Tom Collins, was exellent and entertaining. We were only in Boston for a short visit, so it was a great way to see alot in a few hours.

We showed the kiosk operator that we found the tour for half price on Groupon and he matched the price on the spot. Tour was great. Had 3 separate drivers and all of them were friendly, knowledgeable and humorous. I really can't think of one complaint. Some of the other reviews that I have read here about only being allowed to ride the loop one time, I don't understand. We hopped on and off all day from different points on the route and were never questioned. We have been to Boston several times and thought we had seen/ knew all the major sites, and we still learned a few things. Highly recommend.
