We did this as part of the go Boston card and was our most enjoyable experience, easy trolleys that has 9 stops but they each leave you nearby to the attractions, they stop about every ten minutes. Just didn’t like that the drivers were persistent for tips and hopping on and off and tipping them all can get very expensive, when you don’t tip you don’t even get a “good day”. When your already paying $50 ish for person you shouldn’t be reprimanded for not tipping each one. Also their hours could be better, 9-5 is insane. The customer service of the booth guys is great.

STAY AWAY EXTREMELY RUDE. It was My wife, my 2 year old and my six year old. After about 4 stops the driver forced us off the trolley. He said my kids were ruining everyone else’s tour. My kids are not saints but that type of behavior towards a family is not ok. The company did issue refunds but were once again rude and accusatory towards my family. Go with one of the other companies. This one is a good old boys club.

We apologize if our driver came across rude, we do have a policy when passengers are disruptive to others on the tour to kindly invite them to hop off at the next stop and give them time and hop back on one of the following trolleys in the loop. We were notified by our driver that they asked several times to quiet the children and they had also offered a lollipop, other guests on this trolley also confirmed the actions but due to the respect of the other guests, unfortunately the last resort was to ask for you to hop off at the next stop than hop back on one of the next trolleys. I hope this makes sense now and hope that you visit us on any future trips to Boston.

This is my first trip, as well as my husband’s, to Boston. We thoroughly enjoyed our trolley tour. Tom Collins was very informative and witty. We learned a lot and had a lot of laughs! Highly recommend! :)
