We bought a Groupon for the city view trolley tour and confirmed times by email with the company. On the way into Boston, I called the location. There was a puce mail that said leave a message. We parked our car in the parking garage And walked to the location only to find the door locked with a sign on the door that said it was closed due to snow!!! The voice mail did not ore this and the “snow” was a light dusting NOT accumulation. This really was an inconvenience and poor customer service.

We waited in the freezing snow in Boston yesterday, 3/2/2019, and the bus never arrived. Called their phone number twice and I received voicemail and no one has returned my calls. Do not recommend.

We visited in late February when it was very quiet so only 3 trolley buses were running (every 20- minutes) but this was fine. We booked via Groupon (US) and saved a lot on a ticket for 4 people. The driver was informative and funny, and as it was so quiet (and very cold) he did a BIT OF A detour to drop us closer to Boston Tea Party museum. He also dropped some other passengers down to their hotel (which was fine with us), which I thought was a nice touch when they were clearly not busy and he could stay on schedule. Overall excellent value for money
