We’re not sure if JC is a tour guide who dabbles in comedy or a comic who moonlights as a tour guide. Either way he made the tour informative and fun. Fantastic tour.

We really enjoyed our rides on this tour during our few days in Boston. We had different drivers each time - each adding their own flair to telling the city history. I was genuinely shocked tho, at the three different drivers who actually told the riders to stop talking. There busiest ride we took had maybe 15 people on it. The first time I heard a driver shush a rider, the woman was explaining to her elderly father - who didn't speak much English- what the driver had just told us. :( She was NOT loud or disrecpectful in any way. My friend and I were flabergasted at the driver. This happened on two other rides (different drivers). I thought it was rude of the drivers --- and I've been doing the hop on/off bus tours for Years. It was my first time Ever hearing a driver tell people to stop talking. Other than that, the tours were great. I love that each driver offered different bits of info. Our personal favorite this time was Tom Collins -- yes, he told stories about himself etc ..but the managed to incorporate them into the stories about the city. Totally enjoyed and would highly recommend the CityView Trolley Tours.

Sounds like a band and maybe it should be. Tom was an excellent tour guide around Boston! We stayed on the "Hop on- Hop Off" to take in everything before we decide where to go first. Tom keeps you entertained throughout the tour with stories and jokes. He interacts often with riders and is helpful for those not on the trolley as well. He took a cool wet day and made it fun for all ages and backgrounds. Worth the time! Good luck in all your endeavors!
