Usually love this tour system and used it world wide. On the 12th August we had Tom/John Collins as a driver. Before I had even sat down he lurched off in the bus throwing me into the seat and causing injury to my hip (have a hip replacement). He subsequently did the same to the next couple boarding the bus as well. During the tour he talked constantly about how wonderful he was and how he held down 3 different jobs as well as being a driver. We would be past the place of interest before he mentioned it. He was not an asset to your company. Expecting a such an interesting tour with all the rich history Boston offers, We were very disappointed. The Harbour cruise however was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We took the tour because one of us had a broken toe. It turned out to be a very nice way to get an overview of the city. We went around the loop 1 and a half times and had two different drivers. Both were very knowledgeable and entertaining. Not very in depth info and you don't go really close to some of the Freedom Trail sites, but it was still worth the money. We bought our tickets at the Information Center in Boston Common and they were only $16 per person.

Used this hop on hop off to get some general info about the city. Then used as transportation throughout the day to get around from place to place. All drivers were very informative. Hugo was especially entertaining. Thank you!
