City View Trolley Tours are not a cheap way to see the sites of Boston. The stops are way away from some of the museums, it is even recommended in the information page they give you when you get your tickets that you purchase Metro card-to enable you to get to certain attractions. We felt the tour was a total rip off.

The CityView Trolley Tour is a great tour through Boston. Lots of great stops and our guide, Matty, was really knowledgeable and humorous. So many amazing points of interest and historical areas of Boston. Great tour for families, couples and groups.

Boring monotone guide that was difficult to understand. The hop off locations are not necessarily convenient or within walking distance to attractions. Why is the last bus tour at 4:30 PM when competing tour companies were still operating at 6:00 PM? Definitely not the best tour bus option.
