The harbor cruise was really wonderful. There was so much information given about Boston, and how it has developed over the years. We really enjoyed the Hop on Hop Off experience. Some drivers were better than others! But all in all it was a good experience. I removed one star because we got dropped off to a venue that was closed and at a different stop than usual (there were emergency vehicles at the regular drop off spot.) We called for a pickup, but no one could come get us. We ended up walking to our hotel using GPS. Not good customer service in my opinion.

A bad experience, the driver called "Coach" or something like that made jokes of us all the time for not understanding the language, he was very arrogant and never stop talking, worst of all we got off the bus in a very bad way, we feel discriminated for this man.

During your messaging with my last night you mentioned that you use a translator device to translate Coach’s narrative to you language, I must honestly believe there was language mistranslations and the device translated Coach’s incorrectly.
