Johnny Boston was a very entertaining tour guide. He has a wonderful personality, sense of humor, and is very knowledgeable! I have been on several tours, but I have to say, This was the best one by far!

As someone who works with customer service the gentleman who answered the phone was very kind and tried to do his job. We contacted City Views for 2 hours from 2 different stop and not at either of the stops did a trolley come for over an hour. At that point, I’m trying to enjoy vacation and see the city so we ended up walking most of Boston. I understand you may not have control over traffic or your drivers but I saw plenty of Old Town Trolleys passing as we were waiting. For the price I paid I should have at least seen ONE city view trolley and had the chance to ride it and see the city. It was by birthday and it was something I was really looking forward to. I would never recommend this third party company or Cory views trolley. Save your money and walk.

Dear valued customer, I apologize for any inconvenience as we operate on public roadways and at times there are situations that are out of our control, such as traffic, road deviations, special events etc. our trolley stops are clearly marked with signs indicating our trolley stops but we understand Boston can at times be difficult and overwhelming for visitors to navigate. We operated a 1st class system and our tickets prices are very reasonable for what is offered, our guides are professionals and work very hard to keep time. I believe you may have gotten overwhelmed and lost which led to not finding the stops that you were seeking, please reach out to us during your next visit as we would like for you to give us another try and we will work with you to better find the designated stops. Very truly!

The trip was nice with the open air coming into the trolley. The best part of the tour was our tour guide Johnny Boston. You absolutely have to be on his tour the guy is hysterical. He has the knowledge of all the history but will have you laughing the entire tour. He's the Larry David/Woody Allen/Jerry Seinfeld of tour drivers.
