Join the Sons and Daughters of Liberty and relive the night of December 16, 1773. The Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum is an interactive, guided experience where you will be a part of the single most important event leading up to the American Revolution. Board 18th-century replica sailing ships brig Beaver and Eleanor, and join the countrymen in tossing the tea into the sea! View the only known surviving tea chest from that fateful night, the Robinson Tea Chest. Transport back in time while viewing the multi-sensory film "Let it Begin Here", where you will be a part of Paul Revere's midnight ride and be placed into the battle where the "Shot heard 'round the world" was fired. Complete your experience with a stop in Abigail's Tea Room at the end of your tour to enjoy some tea time. MUSEUM CLOSED ON THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS DAY

Great experience. Loved the brief reenactment. Very cool experience to see the ship and throw “tea” overboard. Videos were great and tea tasting was a nice touch. Must see/must do. Great 1 hour experience.

This was the #1 reason of my Boston trip just after walking the complete Freedom Trail. The actors make you feel like you’re actually at the stirring meeting before the patriots dumped the tea overboard. The ship, tossing tea over, hearing and seeing a real box of tea, and all the information in the museum were informative were kinda’ emotional for me knowing valiant men and women were giving their all to be free. You will not regret going to the Tea Party.
