Always wanted to see the Mayflower. So this was a good opportunity. Unfortunately it rained through out the trip so walking around was not easy. It would have helped if the pick up times were clearly stated. Also at one of the bathroom stops there was only one bathroom for both men and women so it took a while before we got back on the bus. There should be more than just the driver for these trips, one extra person is needed for talking about the tourist attractions. It is difficult for driver to talk and drive all at the same time. That said it was a pretty ok trip considering the amount of driving we would have to do if we had gone on our own.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your opinion. Unfortunately, we can not control the weather or everyday would be perfect. I am not sure what you mean by pickup times being stated as our pickup times are made clear to our guests prior to booking. We also do not have control over the restrooms. Our guides are professionals and have no problem speaking while they are driving. They are not holding a microphone, they have a headset on. I'm not sure if it is difficult for you to speak and drive, but it absolutely is not for a trained tour guide. I certainly wish that you had enjoyed the trip more, but at least you didn't have to drive. Sincerely, Stephen M. Belcastro President New England Trips Inc.
