Donya was really a wonderful guide. She’s full of knowledge and interested in everyone on the tour. Granted we did have a small group, which made the tour more personable, but Donya was so resourceful in adapting to the rainy day we had. Her humor is a definite positive attribute. There was ample food from some great places.

The food was really good however the experience was a little disappointing because at a few of the locations, the guide entered the location to get the food and then we would walk to another location to eat it… It didn’t really matter much with the sandwich from the sub shop but it did make a difference with the pizza. Having fresh pizza makes a difference and by the time we got the pizza and the cannolis, and sat down to eat… The pizza was cold and meh.

Gabe was a fabulous tour guide! Super knowledgeable and engaging. He really brought the history and food to life! Our group did not get lobster ravioli nor was there any “secret dish”… in fact there was nothing really secret about the tour at all. That said it was an enjoyable experience at some of the North End’s favorite spots and Gabe was awesome.
