While we aim to showcase a variety of iconic dishes, some menu items may occasionally be adjusted due to ingredient availability or seasonal changes, as noted on our website. We’ll be reviewing this feedback closely to ensure that we’re clearer on any adjustments in the future while continuing to provide an authentic and enjoyable experience.
As for the pizza, we strive to serve freshly prepared food at each stop, and this is the first time we’ve received feedback about the pizza being undercooked. We take this very seriously and will be investigating the matter with our food partner to understand what went wrong, as this certainly doesn’t reflect the standard we aim to maintain.

Our guides are dedicated to providing an engaging and informative experience, and we will work with our guides to ensure that their stories and historical insights are clearly heard by all guests, especially in outdoor or busier locations.
