Booked through Tripster...well i thought i did. Came to Boston for my wife's birthday and was looking forward to surprising her with the food tour. Get a phone call the day before the tour to say that the tour was booked already and didn't have room for us. WTF???!!!! It's 2020. What piece of %$#%$# company has a website that can't manage accurate reservations at time of purchase. Do not book this tour and think because you did so that you'll be going on the tour. I would recommend looking for another tour to make sure you don't book a trip around an event only to find you really didn't book the event.

We are so sorry that using Tripster caused so many issues for you. We at Secret Food Tours are very careful about our website management and I wish re-sellers were fully integrated so that they would not cause situations like this. We suggest always booking through our website. I would think you post your review on the Tripsters page so that they can see how their management failed you.

This was a great food tour! I live in Boston and it was a great activity to learn more about the history of the North End while exploring local restaurants. Our tour guide, Thatcher, was awesome and he showed us a variety of food (pasta, sandwiches, lobster rolls!)

We really enjoyed the tour. Lynn was wonderful. She was patient and informative. We enjoyed all the food. My favorite was the pastrami my husband’s favorite was the cannoli. We will try It again in another city. We went back to Bencotto the next day
