Our tour guide was Thatcher and he did a marvelous job of combining a food tour with a history tour. The tour included stops that included pasta, pizza, lobster rolls, an Italian sub, cannoli, and samples of several types of nuts. We also had time to walk around the market place. We saw the outside of Paul Revere's home, Rose Kennedy's childhood home, and learned about the Irish and Italians that lived on the North End during our walk. Thatcher was funny, engaging and very personable. I would definitely recommend this tour. We did not get the drink package so I cannot comment on it.

Been on a few good tours round the world so wasexcited about this one. Took the upgrade with drinks package and was met by Thatcher. He was an excellent guide, knowledgeable and funny. Our fellow foodies were good fun. My only criticisms were that the biggest meal with the pizza and the pasta should have been the penultimate meal before the dessert! Also after a good walk round the north end could have done with a seat to enjoy the lobster rolls. Just felt that was a bit hurried, standing in a market, eating as quickly as possible! Otherwise it was great but the drinks add on wasn’t worth the money compared to other tours we have done in Europe.
