Taylor was our guide for the day. We were lucky to be the only two people on the tour and have her full undivided attention. Which was great she was youthful, fun, so informative and open to many varied discussions. Puts you at ease straight away. Could have spent the whole day having a coffee and chat with her.
Food is exceptional, varied and very generous. The stories behind the food and the importance of fresh local products to the local bostonians was great to learn about.
My favourite of the day was the first stop the lobster roll, not something I’d normally choose to eat, it was delicious and look forward to having another.
I especially liked that Taylor and the company have such a great working relationship with the vendors you visit. They have chosen companies and foods that are exciting to eat and learn about. The guy at the nut place was extraordinary! So informative, chatty and helpful. If only more people had his passion for food and life. The ladies at the honey and sausage place also a delight to visit.
Highly recommend the tour.
