Set sail with us for the whale watch experience of a lifetime. Our destination: Stellwagen Bank Marine Sanctuary, a rich feeding ground for whales, dolphins, sea birds and other marine creatures. You’ll have a good chance to view several different species of large whales, including humpbacks, finbacks, minkes, pilot whales and the critically endangered right whales.

The location of the whales may require more travel time, extending the trip beyond three hours. Please allow for additional time in your schedule. The average trip is between 3.5 to 4 hours.

We got to see a couple whales. Crew was nice and helpful! Cash only at the bar. Probably good idea to bring windbreaker or sweatshirt.

So everyone has these visions of seeing a huge whale right up next to the boat. Reality is you’re lucky to get a spotting of the top fin of the whale and maybe a tail cresting the water from football fields away. That said, it was a nice boat ride with good views of the harbor but would not spend the money to do it again.

We saw a couple different species of whales. The sea was somewhat rough but not a bad ride at all. Good value.
