My trip was canceled, we didn’t get too far out onto the ocean when we had to turn around due to four foot waves which were getting worse,. And return to dock. Please issue a refund as soon as possible.

Our experience is probably not typical, but out trip got cancelled 3 days in a row because of “sea conditions”. We were finally able to do the trip on the 4th day. Trip is on a big comfortable fast catamaran with lots of rail space for watching. Took over a hour to get to the watching area. In the end we did see a lone fin whale, a minke whale, some dolphins and a seal that popped up out of nowhere. All in all a little underwhelming, but I think that is just whale watching; you never know! I would use this tour operator again, staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
