Staff and personnel were very pleasant, professional and accommodating!!! Boat was comfortable and spacious! Even though it was 90 degrees on shore the first part of the ride was much cooler but comfortable, however it was VERY COOL as approached viewing area! Much colder than anticipated so must bring jackets!! Even though we did see 1 whale (from a distance) and you can not control nature, it was disappointing we were not able to be closer. I have nothing to compare it to but from photos on website you had the impression more would be seen and from a closer proximity! Nothing against the fine captain and quality staff on board because they were wonderful but the expectations of the “whale viewing” was higher than delivered. We did see many dolphins and a seal however.

The trip was canceled and I have yet to receive an email about my request for a refund. Not sure what to do from here.

Before we were even near the area where the whale watching was supposed to happen (not much happened there) we saw a year old whale (according to the narrator) that was showing off all the breaching moves and put on quite a show for us. Had it not been for that whale this would have been a three star rating.
