Set sail with us for the whale watch experience of a lifetime. Our destination: Stellwagen Bank Marine Sanctuary, a rich feeding ground for whales, dolphins, sea birds and other marine creatures. You’ll have a good chance to view several different species of large whales, including humpbacks, finbacks, minkes, pilot whales and the critically endangered right whales.

The location of the whales may require more travel time, extending the trip beyond three hours. Please allow for additional time in your schedule. The average trip is between 3.5 to 4 hours.

Cancelled with no notification and no way to contact TripAdvisor for refund, very poor experience. Will not work with TripAdvisor again to schedule activities.

While I appreciate that cancellations for weather & safety are necessary- I wish I would have been made more aware if this possibility. We planned this trip on our final day as the keystone to our whole trip to Boston, only to have it canceled. We could have easily moved it to an earlier day if we knew this was a likely possibility. Additionally, we were not notified about the cancellation and found out after traveling to the warf. The final salt in the wound was that they could not refund us, sent us back to TripAdvisor, but the company did not mark the tour as cancelled- which has now created quite a lit of wasted time trying to get it processed.

We watch the weather and sea conditions very closely and make the decision to cancel only when we feel that it will be an uncomfortable/unenjoyable ride for our passengers.
