Our trip was cancelled apparently at 8am and no-one from Viator contacted me to inform us at all. No email, text or call. Also, still no contact from viator to give me a refund.

We drove 7 hrs for the tour - only to arrive and be told it was cancelled due to rough seas. I understand Mother Nature is not predictable but would have appreciated a phone call or email to let us it was cancelled. I was told by the ticket office on the wharf that they would be contacting me for a refund. I arrived home 3 days later and still no email, no phone call or notice that a refund was being processed. When I called customer service - they asked me - why their tour was cancelled. Communication is poor between the touring & booking company. The refund should have been initiated immediately after they cancelled the tour. We will not be using this booking company or touring company in the future.

It was a great experience. I’ve never been before and pictures don’t do it justice. I was so happy to just see it, have the memory. I would make sure to bring a jacket for the wind while the boat speeds out and in.
