Unfortunately we had a not great weather day, cloudy, cold, windy, misting/raining most of the time. I wish they would have given us the option to go another day since we probably could have went the next day. We only had small little glimpses and sometimes couldn't even tell for sure. My only regret was really the weather, our bad luck. My only suggestion would be to offer a more open policy to try to get better weather. I asked and we were told they pretty much go, except in extreme weather.

Hi 03Teresa and thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed due to weather. We do try to go out if we can as long as the weather or sea conditions are not a safety issue. We do however allow passengers to switch to another day at any time as long as there is availability for the trip that you would like to switch it to. We're sorry that you weren't aware of that. If you'd like to, please feel free to contact me at [email protected] to discuss and see what we can do to make it up to you.

We had been planning to do whale watching on our anniversary for the last 5 years or so! First actual anniversary day the boat tour was cancelled due to weather. Amazing and professional staff rescheduled it for the following day for us in less than 10 minutes! We ended up finally getting in the boat and experiencing whale watching! 5 stars from us for the service!

I wasn't sure if we were going to be able to see anything. At the beginning I was getting impatient because a whale showed up really quick but there was so many people that we were left in the back unable to see anything. A long period of time passed and no whales showed up so we went back inside because it's also very cold. BUNDLE UP! I thought we weren't going to see anything anymore but after a while more whales showed up in all directions and dolphins with them! So be patient because the crew really takes enough time out there that at some point everyone sees and is satisfied. The boat is also very comfortable, warm and cozy inside. My only recommendation is to not bring small children. They're not interested in being in the cold for long periods and if you want to see something you really have to be outside for a while and small children don't have that patience.
