Set sail with us for the whale watch experience of a lifetime. Our destination: Stellwagen Bank Marine Sanctuary, a rich feeding ground for whales, dolphins, sea birds and other marine creatures. You’ll have a good chance to view several different species of large whales, including humpbacks, finbacks, minkes, pilot whales and the critically endangered right whales.

The location of the whales may require more travel time, extending the trip beyond three hours. Please allow for additional time in your schedule. The average trip is between 3.5 to 4 hours.

We saw 3 Humpback whales which stayed around for over 45 mins. Due to being late in the season a larger catamaran was available, the downside of that was more people! Difficult to see anything if you were on the "wrong side" but the boat managed to manoeuvre so that both sides got a view. Would recommend.

It was wonderful, we saw 5 humpback whales! Crew new just where to go to give us the best view! ❤️❤️

When we booked the trip I was hoping we'd see 2-3 whales. It was a long ride out to the sanctuary (60-70 minutes) but there were screens with facts about whales while to watch on the way. When we got to the sanctuary we saw 7 different whales. It was amazing! It was a calm day and the boat was pretty steady, except when we were stopped to look at the whales. It was OK on the first level of the ship, but when the boat was turned perpendicular to the wind, the third floor was really rocking. I usually get motion sick, but I took Dramamine and was fine on the boat. Very few people were motion sick on our trip. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.
