Look no further if you're seeking a customized, hassle-free, big fun tour of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail - Lee Buckner and the Travel the Trail team are it! I reached out to Lee to schedule a 2-day tour of some of the Bardstown and Eastern areas distilleries as a wedding gift for my now husband, and he got back to me almost instantly. Lee was responsive, had great recommendations for our itinerary, and easy to communicate with right up to the day of. Our guides - Bob on day 1, Rob on day 2 - were the best stewards we've ever had on any travel experience anywhere. They were both area experts of all things Kentucky, bourbon, and history; super fun with great senses of humor; and 100% accommodating and dedicated to making sure guests are comfortable, engaged, and having a great time. We will most definitely be back to tour with Travel the Trail again, and will exclusively refer them to anyone interested in experiencing the Bourbon Trail in a way that is tailored to their wants and totally stress-free. Thank you Lee, Bob & Rob!

Jason, You are blessed with many fine friends. Travel the Trail is so happy to help plan the expanding annual event. It was great to see you, Jon and Mike again plus all the new guests. I don't know how we will top this year's tour, but we will somehow. Your group's Bourbon enthusiasm has got the Travel the Trail Team looking forward to another big year. See you in December '22. Lee

Lee was amazing to work with. He helped me plan my husbands 50th for 10 people. Great couples trip. Lee helped me select the distilleries based on my husbands favorites. We spent two days exploring distilleries in a comfortable van/bus. He created an itinerary for both days with lunch. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Both days exceeded our expectations. As luck would have it we were able to see the leaves change. That’s a big deal to Floridians. One of our favorite parts was meeting Rob, our tour guide. He was so much fun and knowledgeable about the distilleries and area. It was hard to say goodbye when he dropped us off after our second day. Our favorite tour was 1792 Barton. It was old school. Even the ladies enjoyed this tour. You won’t be disappointed if you book with Travel The Trail. Wonderful service and communication.
