Colonel Captain Nathan was excellent and a wealth of knowledge. There were five of us and we were the only people on the boat which was great. They are limiting their boats to 8 people due to Covid. We really enjoyed it. We thought we would see more things to take pictures of but itā€™s mostly about the history. We are always looking to learn about the areas we vividly and this was a great way. We recommits this experience.

Thanks so much. We are all about history, but your right, not as much to take photos of. We did have a deer swim in front of us last night on the river, and an eagle the day before. It is all about timing I guess!

Very nice hour on the water with Nathan, our excellent guide, who can talk about anything related to Kentucky, Bourbon, local history and recommendations for restaurants. My husband and I were the only 2 that booked this trip on a Thursday afternoon in July during Covid, so we had a private tour! Since we were headed to Lexington, Nathan recommended a scenic route to drive, instead of the Interstate, a pizza place and the best ice cream place in the Distillery District of Lexington. We followed his recommendations and had a lovely experience driving to Lexington, eating pizza and bourbon ball ice cream - we would not have known about these places without Nathan.
