Friendly staff, excellent trip on a comfortable trolley, saw all of the highlights of the area (without going off road). I would highly recommend this tour when you get to Sedona to give you a good overview of the area and what you might want to see next, then go for the off road options. My only complaint would be that the trolley was driven a little fast.

When I called to make a reservation they told me they won't be honoring the Groupon I had because they can make more money during the holidays if they charge people full price. When I explained my situation - coming to visit and will only be there 3 days he told me call groupon they'll refund your money...um, no they won't! They couldn't care less that they just screwed over a customer right before Christmas! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

My wife, goddaughter and I took this trolley tour whilst travelling from Phoenix to Flagstaff. We took advantage of a Groupon deal that was easy to redeem via e-mail. The tour is a bit of an oddity, in that it takes you through some of Sedona's practical features first (good restaurant on the left, art gallery on the right, etc.) before actually getting out of town and into the rock formations. I would actually recommend this as an orientation tour if you were staying in Sedona for more than a few days as it would give you an excellent overview of the town. You didn't spend too much time in the canyon, but the transit to and from there offered some great views and the occasional vista. This isn't a particularly expensive tour and I think offers good value for money.
