The Breckenridge Ultimate Full Day Mountain Tour from Denver was amazing. The tour guide was Laurel, who was a native from Denver. She was the best tour guide, shared great stories and history of Denver. She was a great driver and made sure everyone was safe, and ensure we everyone had a great time. This tour was worth it, and highly recommend this full day tour of the greatest highlights of Denver.

A bit disappointing. Couldn't go to brackenridge because of weather conditions I can't fault them for that. The alternate was echo lake, but on the day of the tour that was canceled because the weather conditions. Went to evergreen lake and a museum, but the museum was closed. The van seats we were in were made for toddlers. So incredibly small. This company needs to invest in a bus. For the price I would have just drove myself.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent tour. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience was disappointing. We understand your frustration with the itinerary changes due to weather conditions. As you mentioned, we cannot control the weather, and safety is our top priority. We regret that both Breckenridge and Echo Lake were inaccessible on the day of your tour. We also apologize for the inconvenience of the museum closure. We strive to provide accurate information about our tour stops, but unfortunately we cannot control when a museum or other locale decides to close last minute due to the bad weather. We take your comments about the van seating seriously. However, as a company we provide “small group” tours that are more personal for our guests and their experience, not the large motor coach, large group, less personal tours. Our vans are able to take our guests places where large motor coach buses cannot go. We strive to provide comfortable and clean vans for our small groups and ensure that guests have plenty of room by not filling them to capacity. We always try to leave at least 2 empty seats in our vans for guests’ comfort. In looking at the number of people on your tour that day - it appears that there were three empty seats out of 14 available that should have given you plenty of room. We understand your feeling that the tour was not worth the price. However, in looking at the price of an uber to just one of the stops on your tour, it would have cost you $50 one way, not including tip, nor the other stops on your tour plus the history and storytelling about the areas you visited. We continuously evaluate our tour offerings and pricing to ensure they reflect the value we provide. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We hope that you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable and comfortable tour experience in the future.
