Companies and people like this are why New Yorkers have such bad reputations. I booked a walking tour of Broadway and woke up very sick with a fever on the day of the tour. Now they are demanding I leave the hospital and get my pass scanned or have someone take my pass and use it (which I’m pretty sure is a violation of the passes terms) or else they will charge my card. They moved the tour two days out and even though their automated system let me cancel the tour, they sent a snarky email about their ‘graciousness’ in moving the tour and if I don’t show up they will charge my card. So now I pay or drag my sick self all the way to Times Square so they can scan a pass and get paid for a tour I would rather be shot than take from these people.

This guest booked with a Pass that allows them to visit several attractions. When they book the tour, they are taking the seat away from another paying guest. If they are no shows, they get charged for the tour. This information is on our website, the Pass website and the documentation they receive when they retrieve their pass. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy and they can reschedule free of charge. This guest tried to cancel the same day and when told they would be charged, they tried to move it 2 days in advance, thinking that THEN they could cancel, which they could not, since it was a reschedule from the original booking. We went out of our way to help them and they tried to scam the system. We do hope they've recovered from their hospital stay.

She gave us lots of inside information and the tour was real fun! She tells beautiful stories, acts and sings during the tour. We also had her as a guide during the Soho, Little Italy & Chinatown tour. That one was great to.

Our guide, Alison, was extremely funny and passionate about Broadway. Her cheerful personality is infectious and I would highly recommend anyone who has an interest in Broadway to go for this tour!
