There were too many people in this group tour. I couldn't hear the tour guide or even follow the tour because the bridge was so packed. save your self the money and walk over yourself and look up the history of the bridge on Google.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your tour. Our public group tours normally range from 25 - 35 people. If you would instead prefer a more intimate group size, we also offer private tours for smaller groups. Unfortunately we also have no control over the pedestrian traffic on the bridge as it is a major source of transportation for New York City. We will however address the guide and find out why they may not have been using a headset or projecting so that you could hear. While you can walk over yourself and use Google, we have won awards in Excellence for our excursions. We do not recommend you take historic tours, if you are looking to conduct your own research as we provide history as well as a narrative from a licensed NYC tour guide. Many customers want guides to go into detail about this amazing landmark, its history, and the surrounding architecture. Thank you for your feedback.

Kevin was our tour guide and I was very impressed with historial knowledge and photos that he provided to give a background to the Brooklyn Bridge. He stopped at the perfect stops along the way and made for a great tour. Highly recommend.
