I would never ever recommend these for your tour there was no guide there we waited 40 mins no one came up to us we waited outside tweed court in the rain I might add so disappointed as we used our explorer pass book this so we continued over the bridge ourselves in the rain they had the cheek to take 87 pound out my bank 3 times saying we never turned up this had happened a lot of times to other reviews please beAWARE Never use these I’m now onto fraud to get my money back it’s a disgrace. I even proved with pic time date we were on bridge they just had nerve to take money out my bank as I arrive bk in uk. Disgraceful

Thank you for your feedback but this review is completely false. You were scheduled to take our Brooklyn Bridge tour on April 9, 2019. There was a group of 23 people that were checked in by our tour guide that day. Instead of meeting at the assigned location, you walked over the Brooklyn Bridge alone. You did not call our office to locate the guide. Nor did you email us to let assist you. We have a 24/7 customer service line that you chose not to use. As a result, you were charged as a no-show to our tour. You were told this would happen. There is nothing fraudulent about holding someone accountable for violating a 48 cancellation policy. We did not charge you 3 times. We charged you for each person at the full retail value of the tour. It is not our fault that you failed to abide by the policies that you agreed to and no other customer had a problem finding the tour that day. We do tours for thousands of people each year and had you been present at the tour or contacted our office using the customer service line so that we could help you, you would not have been charged. We wish you the best.

Let me start with saying our tour guide was very knowledge and had a wealth of information about the Tweed Courthouse (our starting point), the Brooklyn Bridge and DUMBO. She also know the perfect spots to stop to get the amazing pictures (they were panoramic so they wouldn't load). I was very interested in the stories she told however it was not a good choice for the teenagers that were with me. They didn't want an extended history lesson. Also the weather was cold and it rained the entire time (not the tours fault). The guide tried to go to places that were covered and had wind block and I was perfectly happy with the 2.5 hours. If it was just me, I would give it 4 stars. I loved it. The teenagers would give it much lower so I settled on 3 stars. I would do it again. The kids would revolt if we did.
