We could only take the first one in the morning. Other times, we waited 30 mins then we couldn't get in since it was full or it was delayed 30mins in both downtown and uptown. Brooklyn tour was overbooked and the two different line was not separated so we missed ours. It was hot and so crowed in and out. We paid for two adult and 1 children for 1 day but took only one ride for 30 mins for over $150! Take metro!!!

Poor. You are sold the idea that the buses run every 15 minutes so that is the longest time you should wait. We waited at least an hour. You can walk to your destinations quicker. I was also told the price of $75 dollars each. I’ve looked at my credit card bill and been charged an extra $43 dollars. Night tour is awful. I’ve emailed customer services about the extra charges and amazingly no response. Easier and cheaper ways to get around New York. Please don’t waste your money on this tour.
