Waited forever to take a trip to Brooklyn First bus was full, waited on the second bus and no air downstairs. I thought this was a hope on hope off tour stop like Harlem. No you just get on the bus and drive through the new updated part of Brooklyn and that’s all. Ride through and go in a circle then you leave. What a waste of time, avoid if you can

This time my wife and I did 3 tours with this company, Downtown, Brooklyn and Harlem. The issue I found is that unlike other bus tour operators they play a pre-recorded tape to accompany the tour, rather than a real life person. This meant that for at least half the time the landmarks being mentioned had already been passed so I was constantly looking over my shoulder to see what I had missed Between the voice recording on the tape songs about NYC are played which is ok until you realise that the same 8 songs are on a loop. Hearing Jay Z and Frank Sinatra over and over again got tedious The Brooklyn, at nearly 2 hours long is okay but you cannot get off, so you start and finish at Battery Park. Be there early as there is 1 of these tours a day and half a dozen people were turned away even though they were on time but the bus was full In my opinion perhaps chose one of the other companies offering similar services
