Overview

Workshop Information: This unique hands-on workshop allows participants to create their own graffiti art project with the help of an authentic NYC graffiti artist. Learn the tips and techniques of aerosol art from fill-ins to masterpieces as you immerse yourself in the graffiti art culture. The workshop takes place in our beautiful Brooklyn art studio in the heart of Bushwick Brooklyn. Cultivating creative thought and a welcoming environment, this experience is designed for all ages and talent levels. Leave this workshop with a greater understanding of this still misunderstood craft and of course your newly created work.

We had a blast. I can definitely recommend this as an activity as a group. We did this with our son and his girlfriend. Do not shy away from this because you feel you are not artistic or creative enough. The instructor was ever present and definitely guided and actively assisted so that you will go home with something you can enjoy. None of us had any experience at all. The canvas is about 3x5 feet. . I think ideal number working on a canvas is 2, so if you go as a group as a group of four, I would recommend signing up as 2 groups of two. If you sign up as group of 4 you may all end up working on the same canvas, which I think would be tight. the class is limited to 6people, so that the instructor can give you plenty of attention.

Amazingly enjoyable activity. Very down to earth graffiti artist coach. And you get to take home what Marvel you create at end of 1 hour!!
