Overview

Workshop Information: This unique hands-on workshop allows participants to create their own graffiti art project with the help of an authentic NYC graffiti artist. Learn the tips and techniques of aerosol art from fill-ins to masterpieces as you immerse yourself in the graffiti art culture. The workshop takes place in our beautiful Brooklyn art studio in the heart of Bushwick Brooklyn. Cultivating creative thought and a welcoming environment, this experience is designed for all ages and talent levels. Leave this workshop with a greater understanding of this still misunderstood craft and of course your newly created work.

Boy did we have some fun. Our instructor Ghost Mims was too cool. He was not concerned about us messing up, but was right there to fix our mess. I was celebrating my 70th birthday. We had a blast making our Graffiti mural. It is harder than it looks doing graffiti art.

This was such an amazing experience. Incredibly therapeutic, and loved the permission to color outside of the lines! I never realized the attention to detail, the talent, and effort that goes into creating graffiti art. This was such a great opportunity to dive into creativity and try something new. The photo is the final creation! I love that we also get to keep the canvas! Thanks for such a great experience!

This was an amazing experience. I was able to gain a deeper appreciation of the art form plus I learned how to create it. We even came home with a canvas of our work, which was a highlight. Our instructor was Ghost. He made it fun and easy to follow. Highly recommend this!!!!
