The Brothels, Bites and Booze tour will introduce you to the beginnings of San Diego as a port town – learn why it became one of the more notorious red light districts of its time, and find out how this once-undesired neighborhood became a fun and vibrant nightlife destination for both locals and visitors. Found this to be interested, our guide had a lot of information about San Diego past. Of all of the tours I did, this gave me the best details and the food was good too

Great food tour, had amazing food, especially at the greek and fondue places. My favourite drink was the one at the greek place, not sure what the name of the drink was, but I could have had 4 more of those :-) Our tour guide, Amanda, was very knowledgable, and went above and beyond finding information out on her own to pass on to everyone. She was great in keeping the group together as well, as we were a large group. It was fun meeting people from different places, and from different walks of life. I had a great time on the tour.

The brews and bites were very good, and our guide personable. I thought there would be more information/background or facts about the district itself.
