Stefan took us on our walking tour. The tour itself was good - stops were well spaced, food was excellent, and he knows the history. Only problem I had was he didn't always wait for the whole group to "catch up". I'm an old lady and move slowly, especially late in the evening after being on my feet all day being a tourist. The walking pace was hard to keep up with. I'd do it again, but it would be more enjoyable if he walked at a slower pace.

Thank you for the feed back. I'll be sure to let Stefan know. He definitely has a more "hyper" personality, which is great for a guide, but I can see it being a problem with people who can't keep up with the walking pace. I appreciate the note, and glad you had a great time! -Bianca

We weren't sure, initially, that we were in the right place but the address on the tickets is at the entrance to the Hard Rock and Starbucks. The sign to look for is the big arch that reaches over the street. Dana was our tour guide and she was great at explaining the history of San Diego, the Gaslamp, and what we were seeing as we walked. The Greek-inspired tacos and the cocktail at Meze Greek Fusion were delicious. I wish we'd had time to go back during our time in the city. The pizza at Ciro's was very good and my husband and I loved the pictures of Boston pizzerias. The food at Patron's Corner was okay but the margarita was really good. The ice cream at Crunch Time was good and there were lots of flavor options. Overall, between the food, drink, history of the Gaslamp district, and the opportunity to sit and talk with the other folks on the tour, we had a very enjoyable tour.

Hi there! Thank you for the review, and thanks for the insight on the meeting location. I know some people get worried just before the tour, not knowing exactly where to meet, so this is a good tip. I'm happy you enjoyed yourself with Dana and the rest of the tour-goers. Good to know your feedback on the food and drink, too! Thanks for your time and patronage! -Bianca

My coworker and I went last night as a last minute idea during a business conference. So glad we did. Stephan our tour guide was great. He was very knowledgable of the area and was very energetic. He really kept my attention. The food and drinks were great and it was a nice break from the business of the day. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the San Diego area
