Browns Canyon on the Arkansas River is our most popular trip! The unique combination of lots of exciting whitewater, spectacular canyon scenery, great mountain views of some of Colorado’s highest mountains and opportunities to spot wildlife make this the ideal raft trip. Exciting enough for seasoned paddlers, but not too scary for first-timers. You will want to bring your friends and family for epic rapids such as Pinball, Zoom Flume, and Big Drop!

We had a fantastic time on this white water rafting trip! My wife and I took our two daughters (ages 8 and 14), and it was the perfect mix of super fun rapids, an easy entrance into Brown’s Canyon, and unbelievable scenery. Collin was our guide, and he navigated this run perfectly and kept everyone entertained. Whether you do this run or another, we cannot recommend The Adventure Company more highly! Book with them and ask for Collin. You will have a ball.

We timed the trip perfectly as water was at peak CFS. Our guide ("Rage Paige") was great and coached us up well to have the best possible experience on the water. TAC management comped our wet suits and booties due to some inclement weather at the home base. That was amazing! This trip was a highlight of our Colorado family vacation and I highly recommend to anyone comparing the many white water rafting companies in the BV area to choose TAC. They are competent, experienced, and have your family's safety as their highest priority. You'll have a blast!

We had a great trip! Valdez was simply amazing as a guide. He had a ton of knowledge about the local history and geography, surrounding wildlife, and the river. We were a group of absolute rookies and he explained the basics in a way that helped us feel more confident as we headed into the rapids. He clearly knows the river like the back of his hand, and provided expert guidance along the way. We highly recommend this trip — and ask for Valdez if you can!!
