I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism of our guide and keeping safety a top priority for my youngest. At the same time all the fun and exhilaration for my teenagers and husband. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

I have been rafting with Wilderness Aware for over 20 years. I think they are the best rafting company on the Arkansas River. Our guide, Eric, was great. He kept us safe, entertained us with stories about the canyon throughout our trip and knew just how to hit the rapids so we could have fun! The organization at the company has improved over the years. They have different areas for each trip to congregate. It really helps with connecting quickly with your rafting guides. Wilderness Aware also provides breakfast and snacks after the rafting which is a nice improvement from previous years.

Wow. 20 years of loyalty. That's pretty cool. My job is to trouble shoot and find better ways to do things. Thanks for noticing the changes through the years.

Our family of 4, including two young teenagers (one a "lightweight"), had a blast with inaraft.com . They were very accommodating when we decided 24hr ahead that the original trip we signed up for was no longer the most appropriate trip for us, given the high and fast waters on the Arkansas at the time. Switching to the full day Brown's canyon still provided lots of excitement with plenty of moving water, little to no 'floating', and some bigger sections for the adrenaline rush. The company appears to be well-managed and organized. Several guides on the trip were relatively new to guiding (per their bios on the bus ride), but seemed well trained and very personable with knowledge of the river and surroundings. j We have been on half-dozen different guided raft trips on a variety of rivers and this trip ranks right up at the top- recommend! P.S. I believe this is the ONLY trip we've been on where reusable/washable plates/serving-ware and paper cups were used- an environmentally conscious choice that speaks to their desire to preserve this beautiful region

I'm glad the trip worked out for you. When we have very high water, we are fortunate to be able to move to different sections to keep the whitewater age and experience appropriate. Thanks for noticing our efforts to minimize waste. (Plus- everyone likes eating on a real plate!)
