We were a group of 30 with 7 different families from our reunion held nearby. I did all the arrangements and chose Wilderness Aware because of their detailed and easy to use website and outstanding customer service. Our guides we even more amazing. We had ages from 8-50's and everyone had a great time. All the guides took the time to get to know everyone in their raft and shared great information about the canyon. The guides were all stand-up comedians who know how to have fun and still be professional and safe.

Great experience and very well managed! We were shown landmarks and all of our questions were answered. Guides always made sure we were safe!

We did a family rafting day on June 29, 2018: two teens, their parents, and two grandparents. Everyone loved it. Our full day was a combination of easy rapids and gentle drifting and exciting class 3-4 rapids. Our guide, Zach, was terrific- always giving tips on staying in the raft or getting back in safely as well as fun commentary on the passing scenery. We were lucky to see a herd of Rocky Mountain Big Horn Sheep on the bank. The deli lunch was attractively displayed on tables and everyone ate heartily. The check-in facility & changing area was clean as a whistle. We were all glad to have rented booties since they did help to keep our feet warm even while wet.
