Beware and call ahead to plan. Ask what food booths and rides will be open on the day you plan to go. We went on a Sunday in January and a Tuesday in August. We bought annual passes and took our visiting children and grandchildren twice. The first time we also bought food passes. Very disappointing and not recommended. Both times there were NO snack booths open and only 2 restaurants. So food options were very limited . Many of the rides were closed and parts of the park were desserted. If they have more than half of the food booths and rides closed they should give you a discount for entrance. We will not be going back.....Very disappointing.

Give your employees some personality training. One was just rude and another one wouldn't acknowledge me when I was talking to her.it was bad enough that A LOT of things were closed and my daughter and daughter (that i flew down here from Connecticut) couldn't ride. Save your money and go somewhere where they care about the people that come to there park.

Park, food, rides, staff, animals we had a blast. We were a little reluctant after reading many bad reviews. We booked online anyways and couldnā€™t get the quick que added, didnā€™t need it ! We were there 15 minutes before opening had 2 cheeta hunt rides, 2 cobra and 2 Montu done within an hour, no ride was more then 4 minutes wait. We did the train ride stepped off to do Congo river which had the longest wait about 15 minutes. Went in for some food which was awesome crispy chicken tenders and good fries. Then some more rides, we lost count really . Little rain delay , had some cocktails at $10 (nice drinks top shelf stuff!) some more rides then real rain delay so we decided to call it a day. In total I think each in our group had 14 rides done, group of 5 kind you ! Plus BOGO deal !! Sure some consessions are closed, but staff is there to help and explain , we had a super day We picked a Monday which light have helpen with the short queu times
