Horrible They let someone purchase a ticket with my name they won’t cancel it the supervisor is horrible they’re letting someone else use my identity and handled it very unprofessional

It i impossible to navigate this place. The map on the website doesn't help, it makes it worse. The map does not resemble the place at all, does not look similar to the google satellite view paths either. The labels on the official map like "bird garden", or "Nairobi" cannot be seen written on any sign, so you don't know when you arrived. The labels on posts and buildings cannot be found on the map. Every mile or so there is a post with directions, none of them lists the Serengeti outpost, which is where i had an appointment with a pre-booked $50 excursion. The pathways split and merge, with infinite number of paths between junctions, most junctions have no signs and don't appear on the map, so you can end up stuck in the park forever. I booked a safari excursion, and the only signs there to "safari" have nothing to do with it and point to the opposite side of the park. I spent an hour trying to get to my appointment, even with directions from employees it was useless, I walked by some spots 3 times, got an anxiety attack and wanted to just exit the park, but finding anything including the exit is nearly impossible. I had to run the pathways in the hot weather to make it on time, so i got exhausted too. On the bright side: the animals were nice, petting kangaroos, feeding giraffes...

The rides are basically for toddlers or teens/adults. They don't have fun family rides. The animals are cool, but they have limited hours and interactions now. The food is very limited and the Freestyle machines and slush machines are filthy. The sky ride is down all the time and the only family roller coaster Cobra's Curse was down. We ended up leaving early due to redicoulous lines for food. Season ticket holders currently, but if changes don't happen, not next year.
