We visited the park on July 3rd. I was a little hesitant after reading so many negative reviews but we had a great time. The park wasn't crowded. The longest wait time for rides was 30 minutes and many were only a 5-10 minute wait. Although a lot of the smaller food stands were closed we still found plenty of options with little to no waiting. The employees were all friendly. The train broke down for a while during our ride but it was actually pretty fun because the giraffes and some other animals were curious about our unscheduled stop and came over to investigate. When we returned to the station we were greeted by employees with cold water bottles for us. We only saw the ice show and we enjoyed it. The fireworks show was amazing. Maybe the best we've ever seen with spotlights, Lazer lights, dancing fountains and flaming fire balls all set to music. All in all a great day.

Kinda disappointing. Nothing like Bush Gardens in Williamsburg, VA. We went on a Monday and half the park seemed to be closed down. The park also seemed to be a bit run down and not looking as nice as the others they own. Most of the drink stands were out of things like the souvenir cups. I would not recommend spending a day on this park if you have other venues you want to see while on vacation. Sea World was much better and nicer in our opinion. Also...the Kissimmee Swamp tours in Kenansville was a ton of fun and worth the time to get there...you can see the wildlife in their natural habitat there on an airboat tour.

Well I ordered the annual passes for my family and I ordered the platinum one that comes with 6 free guest passes!! Thinking I could buy the annual and have some free guest tickets for my kids. Well nope that’s not how it works: you pay for everything and get locked in for a year before they tell you really what’s going on. You don’t get the free tickets right away they are given to you two at a time through out the year! Customer service wouldn’t help me. Neither would a supervisor. Told me even tho I won’t be using the ticket I had to pay for it! Hmm doesn’t seem fair. If I can’t use the tickets for my family and you didn’t state anything on the website I’m not allowed to cancel. So my next step was going to my bank! Beware don’t go at all. Don’t give them your money/ they will scam you.
