The park REALLY needs to be cleaned up and fix their buildings etc. It feels like the park is being neglected by the owners and they only focusing on building new rides. This park needs to fully close for 4-6 months and do a big renovation/clean up in my opinion. Tons of food/drink stalls that are always closed, bathrooms that are nasty and broken. You can clearly see that they are understaffed and not paying their staff enough to attract more. With now 5 attractions down out of 11 if I’m not wrong, the value of coming to this park is not there. I see this park on a heavy down spiral unfortunately. A company that doesn’t care as long as they only make money. IronGwazi was a very nice add-on but there is so much more that is needed to be done to this park.

The worst experience ever! From the minute we got there (chaos getting in, no organisation at all - traffic everywhere - over 2.5 hours to get in). Toilets closed at the entrance for cleaning at opening time - after the queuing! Women and kids desperate! Purchased all day ticket with food. Only managed to get on 1 ride. Queued for over 2 hours for that and it wasn’t even one of the popular ones. 5 of the rides closed! Over an hour queue for food and drink….because of this bought 1 bottle of water$ 6 each!!! Staff couldn’t care less, no management direction.
